India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) has launched its Executive Recruitment 2025 drive to appoint 51 circle-based executives on a contractual basis. This recruitment is part of IPPB’s strategy to harness India’s extensive postal network and provide doorstep banking services nationwide. The process is exclusively online, with applications accepted from 01.03.2025 to 21.03.2025. Eligible candidates must be graduates in any discipline and meet the age criteria of 21 to 35 years, with domicile preferences favoring the state of application. Reservation policies and age relaxations, as prescribed by government guidelines, are also applicable.
The selection process is based on academic merit—specifically, the percentage obtained in graduation—followed by an interview, with tie-breaking decided by the candidate’s date of birth. Successful candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹30,000 along with potential increments and performance-based incentives. Applicants are required to upload necessary documents, including a passport-style photograph, signature, thumb impression, a handwritten declaration, and a resume. ⚡ Selection Process
Selection is based on the percentage of marks obtained in graduation followed by an interview. In case of a tie, the date of birth is considered. Preference is given to candidates with domicile of the respective state.
